The Planning Process: 

• In-person consultation meeting with lead planner 

• Unlimited phone & email communication with lead planner 

• In-person wedding vision meeting

• Up to 3 In-person  planning meetings 

• Attending venue walkthroughs

• Preparing a detailed wedding timeline 

• Helping with bringing the clients vision to life. 

• Recommending  vendors to use as well as setting up meetings with them for the client 

• Point of contact for  all vendors

•  Keeping records of contracts for all vendors

• Help with general questions and design 

• Attending rehearsal to ensure things are ready for the wedding day as well as directing the rehearsal

​Wedding Day:

•  Day of Coordinator  for 10 hours allowing you to enjoy every moment of your dream wedding without any stress 

• Directing the ceremony as well as the reception 

• Decorating of the ceremony and reception

• The point of contact for all vendor

• The point of contact for  the family, wedding party & guests as needed

• Helping direct vendors to set up areas and that all are prepared 

• Help photographer with pictures 

• Making sure the event is running on time and as scheduled  

• Deal with unforeseen mishaps and the point of contact 

• Hand out gratuities  to all vendors 

•  Making sure everyone goes as scheduled as well as making sure the event is as stress free as possible.
